'Asset quality issues to linger'
CVR Rajendran, executive director, Bank of Maharashtra, says asset quality stress will persist across the industry, but competition from new banks is welcome. Vaibhav Agarwal of Angel Broking agrees, but adds that there are a few concerns on the Street about the capital position of PSU banks.
