Atishi Claims No Penal Provisions In Notice Served To Her Over MLAs Poaching Charges
Delhi minister Atishi hit out at the notice served to her and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over their remarks on the BJP's alleged attempts to poach AAP MLAs. She told a press conference that the notice served to her in connection with her MLA poaching allegations against the BJP does not mention any FIR or include any penal provisions.
