No Move To Cancel Bail Of Ashram Set Attacker
"Can't think of a better case in which the police should absolutely, immediately move the Court and seek that the suspension of his sentence (bail) is set aside. The police will have to act immediately," says Shadan Farasat, Supreme Court Advocate, on the person accused of vandalising the sets of Ashram in Bhopal, who was convicted of murder earlier and how the police must take action against him.
