Australia Cities Under Tough Lockdown Amid Fight Against Delta Variant
Australia, which had done pretty well till now in managing the Covid situation, is now facing a surge in cases as the Delta variant is spreading. Sydney, Darwin, Perth and Brisbane are now in lockdown. Around 70 per cent of the population, are living under restrictions - the highest figure since a national lockdown at the start of the pandemic.
