We drive India's first quadricycle. It's got four wheels, but it's not exactly a car. It's designed for inexpensive intra-city mobility, for personal use, as well as commercial use. Will it be able to replace the humble three-wheeled scooter rickshaw? That's what we try to find out, after spending some time with this unique vehicle - the new Bajaj Qute, with four wheels, but not a car.
