Aviation ombudsman to look into complaints by air travelers

In what could a good news for all air travellers, the civil aviation ministry has decided to set up an aviation ombudsman that will deal with all passenger related grievances. The ombudsman will look into complaints reported by air travelers. The ombudsman will also have representation from airlines.
