Azharuddin Didn't Want Biopic to be Made Initially: Emraan Hashmi
Actor Emraan Hashmi, who plays former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin in the biopic Azhar, said that the film is a fair depiction of Azhar's life. "When I met Azharuddin for the first time, he was a bit guarded because he had just come out of the court case in 2012. He didn't want the film to be made in the beginning. But then he gave the green light," Emraan told NDTV.
