Babri issue: CBI role rocks Parliament
The opposition forced adjournment of Parliament on Thursday over reports of government pressure on CBI in the Babri Masjid case. According to reports, the government urged CBI to do more against BJP leader LK Advani in the case. In response, the BJP accused the government of using the CBI to settle political scores.
