Bad monsoon so far: One-third of India covered
Monsoon seems to be eluding us this year. It's been 45% below normal this year and the onset of rains is already late. B P Yadav, Director, Met Department says that the worrisome thing is that the monsoon is not picking up to its normal strength even now.
