Badami cave temples: Grandeur in sandstone
North Karnataka is not very well established on the travel circuit. That's a pity because there are some really spectacular temples there. For example, the Badami cave temples which lie about 500 kilometres from Bangalore. It's a long journey, but one that is well worth it.
