Balloon diplomacy: Propaganda leaflet balloons sent to N Korea
Activists Wednesday sent hundreds of thousands of leaflets by balloon toward the border with North Korea. They condemn the government in Pyongyang for the Korean war, a botched currency reform and the sinking of a South Korean warship.
