Ballot triumphs over bullet in J&K
On both sides of the Pir Panjal range in Jammu and Kashmir people braved the freezing cold and went out to vote. In Doda and Kishtwar, once militant strongholds people lined up to vote from early in the morning defying separatist calls for a boycott.
