About a fortnight ago, over a dozen men were picked up from Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Nanded in Maharashtra in connection with a terror plot which had in its sights on major installations all over South India and some VIP targets. The suspects are all in their mid-twenties and well educated. So what's the back story behind this spurt in terror in South India and is the face of terror changing?
