Bank Clean-Up Is Very Shoddy: Pratip Chaudhuri
Pratip Chaudhuri, former chairman of SBI, talks to NDTV about the bad loan crisis in public sector banks. The clean-up in the banks has started as the RBI has given a deadline to the lenders to clean up their books. Mr Chaudhuri is of the view that the clean-up is very shoddy and is not uniform. Much more needs to be done to help banks clear the bad loan mess, he says.
