Khidarpur is a tiny village in Alwar district just 80 kms from the capital.But the proximity has meant no gains for the village, especially for nine-year-old Shabbir whose life is slowly ebbing away.He can't play any more or study. He was forced to stop after he began to need help to even hold a pencil.
