As yet another activist in Chhattisgarh's battered Bastar region is hounded, there are reports that those questioning alleged heavy-handedness by security forces are getting abusive replies via SMS from the region's top cop, IG SRP Kalluri. Is the state intimidating activists, journalists and lawyers in the region by labelling them 'Naxals' and 'anti-nationals'?
