Though campaigns for the Uttar Pradesh elections started with all parties promising to make development the focus, it took little time for them to take a downward turn. A BJP legislator was charged for making an incendiary speech today. Our focus tonight: how all parties cultivate these firebrands, to play to their core base. We also travel to Rampur in Uttar Pradesh to meet one of UP's great polarisers: the Samajwadi Party's Azam Khan.
