Battle of Will: Lodha wins round one
In March 2005, a trial court had ruled that BK Birla, KK Birla and Yashovardhan Birla had no right to challenge Priyamvada Birla's 1999 will. The Birlas had appealed against that order but on Thursday a division bench upheld the trial court's order and the Birlas have sought and got a four-week stay so that they can go to Supreme Court.
