Belly dancers in Janmashtami spark row
It was all colours, fun and frenzy as Janmashtami celebrations got bigger and better this year. But in one part of Mumbai it was another kind of celebration as belly dancers from Ukraine danced to entertain. And not everyone was impressed. The organizer Vijay Kamble of the NCP did not find anything wrong in using Ukranian dancers for his dahi handi event in Janmashtami on Sunday. But the opposition was quick to slam the move calling it hypocrisy.
