At Bhabanipur, TMC Suddenly Trains Guns On Congress
On the last Sunday of campaigning, the Trinamool Congress and BJP locked horns at Bhabanipur. But, in a twist, the Trinamool also attacked the Congress, accusing it of making a deal with the BJP and failing on the job as the country's main opposition party. Given that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee met Congress chief Sonia Gandhi in July to push for opposition unity against BJP before 2024, her attack and her nephew's are creating political ripples. Congress MP Adhir Chowdhury says it's a BJP-TMC deal.
