Bengaluru Expressway Or "Accident Express"?
As dramatic as it may be, these accidents happen every day and every hour. Each day hundreds of motorists suffer serious injuries, many fatal on our highways and expressways. In south India, the much publicised Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway has turned into one with dangerously fast traffic and accident-prone spots. 132 people have died and several hundreds injured in accidents over the last six months. Prathibha Raman reports on what's become another expressway for the accident record books in India.
