It has been called the New Year horror, mass molestation, a nightmare - people of Bengaluru celebrating New Year's eve in the heart of the city, surrounded by close to eateries and pubs, and with a turnout of more than 15,000 people, men who were drunk allegedly took advantage of the crowded situation and molested and harassed women, girls. Male friends of the women were helpless. In all this the elected leaders suggest it is the fault of the women not the men. So far not a single arrest by the police so far.
