Karnataka's capital Bengaluru has been struggling with infrastructure problems after heavy rains flooded the city in recent times. The traffic is also not becoming any better as the city grows but is unable to keep up with a proper infrastructure. "Of course we will come out of it. The constant going back to the courts is frightening. We cannot keep going back to the court. NGT (National Green Tribunal) levied heavy fines a few years ago, but it has not been collected," said Priya Chetty-Rajagopal, a Bengaluru resident, when asked whether the city's troubles will end anytime soon.
