Beni Prasad on quota remark row: 'We respect poll panel, it was a slip of tongue'
After his controversial remarks regarding the minority quota in an election speech and then daring Election Commission (EC), Congress leader Beni Prasad Verma has now taken an U-turn, saying his comments could have been a 'slip of the tongue' and he respects the poll panel.
