In an exclusive interview to NDTV, US climate envoy John Kerry stressed on the need to bring down the costs of key, environmentally-friendly technology in the power sector. ''We have to drive the costs of some of these technologies down. And all of us need to act, not because John Kerry or the United States say so, but because the world's best scientists, including scientists from India, are telling us we only have a short window of time within which to make decisions and implement them to avoid the worst consequences of the crisis," he said.
