Mudit Agarwal, Congress' candidate from Chandni Chowk, said the area can be transformed into a tourist hub if it gets clean roads, proper sanitation, city infrastructure and traffic management. He also stressed on the need for human development or the development of families, which can be brought about by providing amenities, education and access to health.
