Bharatpur violence: Failure of administration, says panel
Speaking to NDTV, Wajahat Habibullah, the Chairperson of the National Commission for Minorities, said that the administration could have acted earlier to prevent the clashes between two communities that resulted in the death of nine people. He also said that the police - in the dock for allegedly opening fire on the victims - could have acted with discretion.
