Bharti Airtel forays into DTH business
Bharti Airtel, India's leading integrated telecom company, has dialled into direct-to-home (DTH) television market. With the launch of its DTH business on Thursday, Airtel will become the fifth private DTH player in the country. To start its DTH services, the telecom major is presently leveraging on its already existing mobile business, to score over its rivals.
