Bhopal Building Fire Reveals Serious Lapses
A massive fire broke out at Satpura Bhawan in Bhopal on Monday afternoon that was finally brought under control after 15 hours. Critical records housed within the building were burnt to ashes. But while the Congress alleged corruption and foul play, the more shocking story is that an advanced fire-fighting engine with a hydraulic lift could not be used even though it was acquired eight months ago because clearances were still not through.
