Leaders of the Sindhi community in Bhopal decided just how much freedom their daughters should have. On Thursday, at an all-men meeting, it was decided that girls will have no mobile phones, two-wheelers and they will not be able to cover the face with scarves. They have asked the parents not to allow their girls to use cell phones.
