'Big Difference Between Foetus And Child': Top Gynecologist
Dr Nikhil Datar, a senior Gynecologist based in Mumbai, says that there is a big difference between words foetus and child. He says that a foetus cannot have rights like an individual being until and unless it's born. Hence, he says, that the mother till the child is born has rights over the foetus.
