Big Pipe As Escape Route: New Plan To Rescue 40 Trapped In Tunnel
It's over 60 hours and 40 workers remain trapped in the collapsed under-construction tunnel in Uttarakashi. With rescue operations underway, a new plan has been adopted by the officials to carry out the operations. The idea is to evacuate those trapped through a 3-metre diameter pipe. While the anxious families wait, rescuers are confident that the operation will successfully end tomorrow.
