Big Supreme Court Order In AAP vs BJP Over Delhi Mayor Polls
In a boost for AAP, the supreme court today ruled that 12 members nominated by the Lt Governor cannot vote, The decision came nearly two months after the entire election process was over. The decision was welcomed by the AAP which has been targeting the LG of Delhi, The mayoral election has been stalled with fighting between the BJP and AAP councillors over the right of the nominated members to vote.
