Bihar girl's fingers chopped in caste row
The fingers of a 10-year old Dalit girl were chopped off by an upper caste man in Bihar because she plucked spinach from his field. A villager found the girl unconscious and admitted her to a hospital, reports from Bhagalpur district said.
