Bihar lynching: Cops given clean chit
Pictures don't lie, or so they say. A leaked human rights panel report has found that two policemen, dismissed for having dragged a thief along Bhagalpur's roads last August, after he was beaten by a mob, had done nothing wrong. Ironically, the panel comprises of lawmakers belonging to the Bihar Legislative Council.
