Bihar migrants help flood victims
The water levels of Kosi may be receding, but thousands of flood victims are still waiting for relief in Bihar. The relief efforts of the government may have received severe criticism, but it is a unique initiative in Delhi. Local mohalla committees have sprung up, which are self-organised, self-motivated and are collecting relief material and sending it directly to the flood affected.
