Over 51 per cent of the total 2.85 crore electors in the 94 constituencies exercised their vote today in the second phase of Bihar assembly elections. The voter turnout was 56.9 per cent in the 2015 assembly polls. The key candidates in this phase included RJD leader and opposition grand alliance's chief ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav and his brother Tej Pratap Yadav.
