The cost of sprucing up Delhi before next month's three-day G-20 Summit has set off a row between the BJP and the city's ruling Aam Aadmi Party. "The problem is education. They should study a little, read the documents available. Whatever roads are being constructed in Delhi, are being done with the Delhi government's funds. Beautification done by the civic body MCD has been done with money given by the city government and funds raised by the MCD. By talking about funds, the BJP is belittling the Centre. We have not spoken about any funds. Delhi is the country's capital. It is our collective responsibility to ensure it looks a certain way and we are doing our bit," AAP Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said.
