Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, an accused in the 2008 Malegaon blasts, will contest the national election as a BJP candidate. She will contest from Madhya Pradesh capital Bhopal, where former chief minister Digvijaya Singh is the Congress candidate. "I have formally joined the BJP, I will contest elections and will definitely win. It won't be difficult for me," Sadhvi Pragya told reporters at the BJP office in Bhopal. She reportedly met senior BJP leaders Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Ramlal.
