BJP Had No Real Vikas To Show, Says Congress Leader
'If BJP had done 'vikas' in UP, they would've fought the election on it. They didn't talk about 'vikas', because for 'vikas', they showed in their ads the bridges of West Bengal, the roads of America and the airports of China.
