BJP Questions Trinamool Silence In Mahua Moitra "Cash-For-Query" Row

Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra faces allegations of taking bribes for asking questions in Parliament which will now be probed by the Ethics Committee of the Lok Sabha. But so far, the TMC has not spoken on record on the allegations against its Krishnanagar MP. Mahua Moitra has denied the charges and said she is prepared for any inquiry. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has accused Ms Moitra of breach of parliamentary privilege, contempt of House, and criminal conspiracy. The BJP is questioning why the top leadership of the TMC has not said anything on this issue.
