Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took a swipe at the BJP for calling an armada of top leaders to the national capital to campaign for the civic body election, saying such a large offensive wasn't needed for the BJP had they done some work for the past 15 years that they have been in power in the Delhi Municipal Corporation, or MCD. "Kejriwal is a small man.
