Gopal Kanda, the controversial MLA who pledged his unconditional support to the BJP to form government in Haryana, may not get to play kingmaker after all. The BJP, under attack from rivals as well as its own leaders for associating with the MLA, has decided not to take his support, say sources. The party may announce its tie-up with Dushyant Chautala's Jannayak Janata Party (JJP), which has 10 MLAs. Senior BJP leaders from Haryana, including chief minister ML Khattar and Haryana BJP chief Subhash Barala, and Dushyant Chautala met at BJP chief Amit Shah's residence this evening to discuss the alliance of the two parties in the state.
