"I have it from reliable sources that the BJP wants to publish Savarkar's picture on currency notes. I think that is why they are opposing our proposal of Ganesh and Lakshmi's images on currency notes," AAP spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar said when asked whether the proposal to include deity images on currency notes is a gimmick.
