Blasts rock Manipur on I-Day, 4 injured
Four people were today injured when a series of bombs exploded in Manipur during Independence Day celebrations. Official sources said the first explosion was reported from interior Thoubal district at a fair ground, near the district headquarters, at around 8 am.
