Bloomberg Yet To Take Down "Defamatory" Article On Zee Despite Court Order

In the latest on Bloomberg vs Zee, Bloomberg is yet to take down the defamatory article from its platforms after a session court's order on March 1. NDTV tried to contact Bloomberg but there has been no response. A Delhi court ordered Bloomberg Television Production Services India Pvt. Ltd to take down a defamatory article against Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. Now Zee won the injunction against Bloomberg and the court directed Bloomberg to take down the article from its platform within a week of receipt of the order. This was on March 1. The platform was further restrained from posting, circulating, or publishing the article on any online or offline platforms till the next date of hearing.
