Blue print of new Mines and Minerals Bill
In the new mines and minerals bill, the government has sought to plug loopholes to ensure companies don't find a way to bypass that law. The option of avoiding the profit sharing by selling the produce to subsidiaries, affiliates or sister concerns without a profit, has now been plugged.
