BMC's high power bills anger Mumbaikars

While power remains in shortage in Maharashtra, details from a Right to Information application have revealed electricity bills worth crores incurred by different wards of the municipality. Though the Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) says it will look into the matter, the question remains, why is so much of power being consumed here.
