BMW case: Who is Utsav?
Utsav Bhasin, the 19-year-old driver of the BMW car that hit two bikers in New Delhi, is the son of a wealthy Delhi businessman who lives in the capital. The family owns so many cars that Utsav's grandfather said that it's impossible to keep track of who's driving what. Utsav Bhasin studied Commerce at DPS RK Puram and graduated last year. He is now a college student studying business.
