Boards For ICSE Class 5 And 8: More Exams The Right Way?

The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education or ICSE council has announced that it will begin holding board examinations for students of Class 5th and 8th beginning 2018. The board has announced the results won't decide promotions of students, and will neither give students a 'pass-fail' tag. But concerns remain - will it add more pressure on middle school students?
